Your post is fraudulent & you are misrepresenting yourself as a buyer.I highly suspect that you are a licensed agent who's sole intent is to try to discredit me & hope to gain some business from my clients. You claimed that you were my buyer at 2828 Westcliffe Dr.The buyer's agent was Kris L (w R/M Results). The list price was $244,900 & sold for $238,900 w closing costs of $7,756. This would prove that you are making false statements in your review above. All of that info was on a database that only realtors have the access to. You're a realtor, misrepresenting himself as a client. I'm the age of your parent's ages, no sense 4 you to bully me just because you're afraid of the competition. I'll take legal action, if I continue to see these types of false posts. This isn't the 1st time this has happened & its tiresome. My advice 4 you, don't be afraid of the competition & be positive by doing something good for others. Treat others the way you want to be treated.

To whom calls himself as Vicent Ng or Zac P. 1st of all, I didn't have any buyer purchased in the Hastings in 2013. You claimed, you were my buyer at 603 Greten,Hasting. Were you 2IH2 an investor from Dallas TX? If you were, your buyer's agent was John Sch w CBB. You've forgotten your agent? It was my listing & the listing price was $249k & the sold price was $229,9k. Cash offer.The buyer paid 20k less than the listing price. You're fraudulently misrepresenting yourself as a buyer on this post. I highly suspect that you're a licensed Real Estate agent in the Asian Community. You've low self-confidence and are afraid of the competition. Jealous w who's old enough to be your mother. I never once, have pushed a buyer to influence their decision. Period! Never have I put the dollar before the client.
